| Susan holds a bachelor’s degree from Elizabethtown College and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University. She has worked in rehabilitation since 1990 and joined HealthSouth in 1994. Prior to starting her current position, Susan held regional responsibilities in the area of business development. She is the chair of the Medical Division Committee for the Pennsylvania Association of Rehabilitation Providers (PARF) and a member of the Hospital Association of Pennsylvania (HAP). She lives in State College with her husband and two children. |

| Dr. Allatt earned his medical degree from McMaster University Medical School in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He completed residencies in Family Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Ottawa, and is certified by The Royal College and The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He has special interests in back pain, sports medicine and musculoskeletal medicine. |

| Sara earned her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University School of Nursing, and went on to receive an M.S.N. with an emphasis on adult health and education from Penn State University. She has worked in the nursing field since 1983. Sara and her husband, Terry, have lived in the Centre region since 1982 and have three children. She enjoys volunteer work, including serving on the YMCA Board of Directors for six years, reading, cooking, outdoor activities and sports. |

| Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Catawaba College in Salisbury, N.C., and a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked in various settings and locations across the country since 1992 and has concentrated specifically on inpatient acute rehabilitation since 2000. Ann is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She enjoys gardening, watching Penn State and Pittsburgh Steelers football, and traveling. She and her husband live in rural Centre County. |

| Dave received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Penn State University. He has been with HealthSouth since 1996 and in his current role since 1999. He champions patient and family concerns, working with all appropriate staff to ensure the hospital is continuously improving its patient experience. Dave serves on the Employee Activities Committee and is the manager of the hospital’s softball team. |

| Tracy received a bachelor's degree from The Pennsylvania State University School of Nursing and has worked in the acute care hospital setting, including emergency services and long-term care assisted living and skilled nursing environments in a variety of staff and leadership roles for the past 27 years. Tracy joined HealthSouth Nittany Valley Rehabilitation Hospital in May 2009 as director of marketing operations and is responsible for admissions and business development. Tracy resides in Mifflin County with her husband and enjoys cooking for and spending time with friends and her two adult sons. |

| Steve received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from York College. He started in 1987 as a staff accountant for the Rehabilitation Hospital of York, which was acquired by HealthSouth in 1994. He started his current position in 2002. In 2007, Steve was selected to be part of TeamWorks, a HealthSouth initiative to identify and promote the use of best practices in all HealthSouth hospitals. Steve enjoys cooking, needlework, reading and spending time with his two Shih Tzus, Milo and Spencer. |

| Director of Human Resources | |
| Jody is a State College native, having earned a bachelor’s degree in labor and industrial relations from Penn State University. He has worked in human resource management since 1996 in both health care and manufacturing. He serves as one of HealthSouth’s leaders on the softball field as well as the board room. Jody also enjoys coaching youth soccer, fly-fishing, and other outdoor activities. He currently lives in Bellefonte with his wife, Pam, and their three children. |

| Patty is a native of Philipsburg and continues to live there today with her husband and three sons. Patty has worked at HealthSouth since 1990 in a variety of positions, making her a valuable voice on the senior management team. She is a brown belt in karate and enjoys walking, riding ATVs, sports and spending time with her family. |
