In honor of Stroke Awareness Month, Mount Nittany Health and HealthSouth Nittany Valley invite you to spend an evening learning lifesaving information for yourself or a loved one with theirstopwatch program "Time Loss = Brain Loss: How to Recognize and Act on Signs of a Stroke Quickly".

Approximately every four minutes, a stroke claims a life in the United States (American Stroke Association, 2013). Knowing how to recognize and act on the signs of a stroke, as well as how to prevent a stroke from occurring, can be lifesaving. Join us for a special presentation on this topic from Pete Roy, MD, neurologist, Mount Nittany Physician Group. This event is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required.
